If I purchase an item on backorder, when should I expect to receive it? 

Genius Audio is constantly forecasting to keep products from going out of stock; however, unexpected trends in sales may lead to a shortage of a product. When this happens, Genius Audio will try to find a solution by offering the customer a similar option that fulfills their needs. In case there is no agreement on a potential replacement for the original order, Genius Audio will then make a full refund on the purchase.

Does Genius Audio allow local pick ups of any orders? 

Whether you are an official dealer or final client, you are more than welcome to visit our office at 407 NW 10TH Terrace. Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 to meet our team and pick up your order.  

How can I track my shipment?

Once your Genius Audio purchase has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the information along with the tracking number, so that you are able to know the current status of your order.


I received the wrong item. What do I need to do? 

We take every precaution in our extensive checks and balanced shipping procedures to ensure your order is pulled and shipped to you correctly. On the rare occasion this happens, please contact us immediately. We may ask for your order information, as well as photos of the items you received to determine the following steps to get this corrected as soon as possible.

How can I make a change to my order?

What is Genius Audio’s Warranty Policy?

If during the first 30 days after purchase the product fails, due to a factory defect Genius Audio will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If we choose to replace your product, we may replace it with a new or reconditioned unit of the same or similar design. In the event that the failure is due to misuse, Genius Audio will cover for the repair and the customer will pay for the parts. In both cases, the customer must pay the shipping to send the product to Genius facilities. Genius will pay the shipping to return the replacement for the factory defect, the customer will pay the shipping to receive the repaired product. When the customer sends the product to Genius facilities must ensure that the product is very well packaged to avoid damage caused in shipping. 

How do I start a warranty claim?

What is Genius Audio’s Return policy?

Only new and unused products in their original packaging may be returned for credit. Discontinued or out-of-date models (including discontinued packaging) will not be accepted for return. All products returned are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Depending on the final destination and its multiple shipping rates, Genius Audio will most likely choose the option that better satisfies both our client’s and our own expectations at the moment. Genius Audio relies on multiple shipping platforms such as Fedex, UPS or USPS.

Do I qualify for free shipping? 

In case you are a dealer, you may qualify for free shipping depending on your location and the total of your purchase. However, if you placed your order through our website, you can only qualify for free shipping in case your order exceeds one hundred dollars.

Genius Audio is a company located in more than 9 countries throughout the world. We count on a variety of regular and constant clients beyond the U.S borders. In case the shipping companies Genius Audio USA usually relies on, offer shipment to your particular region or country, we will be more than willing to take your order and send it to you.
